Will Chuck work on my bike?
Most bicycles will be accepted to work on by Chuck.
*If your bicycle is from a department store and in very bad shape (sun damaged parts, crusty tires, rusted, or crashed), it’ll likely be denied. Chuck will let you know and be straight with you.
*Gasoline powered bicycles are not accepted by Chuck for any type of service.
*Chuck does not work with tubular wheelset, unless the spoke nipple is outside of rim.
*Electrical bicycles may also be denied service if it’s rigged aftermarket.
Remember, most department store bicycles are considered disposable and are not worth fixing due to poor quality parts. Chuck may not guarantee labor on department store bicycles if the bike is not holding adjustment as is should due to poor quality or condition. This also applies to any bike that is old and worn, doesn’t matter how expensive it was back in the day.
